Strategic Acquisition Expands Westco’s Service Geography and Client Base
Houston, TX (June 30, 2021) – Westco Grounds Maintenance (“Westco”), a portfolio company of Evolution Strategy Partners (“Evolution”) and Gemini Investors (“Gemini”), announced the recent acquisition of Gardenmania Landscaping (“Gardenmania”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Gardenamnia, founded in 2013, is a landscape, maintenance and installation business in Magnolia TX, covering The Woodlands, Creekside, Magnolia, Tomball, Montgomery and Conroe, serving well-run residential services, such as landscape, maintenance, installation, fertilization, mulching & lighting.
